Role Description The Case Processing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune District. In this position, the individual will review, validate, and process case-related data and documents in accordance with defined workflows, quality standards, and timelines. Daily responsibilities include data entry, verification of information against source documents, identifying discrepancies, and escalating exceptions to supervisors or relevant stakeholders. The role involves maintaining accurate records in internal systems, preparing basic reports, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth case progression. The Case Processing Executive will also be expected to follow all security, confidentiality, and compliance protocols, participate in training, and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong data processing and documentation skills, including accurate data entry, record maintenance, and case file organization.
• Ability to review and analyze case information, identify discrepancies or missing data, and apply problem-solving skills to resolve issues.
• Proficiency with computer systems and office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, web-based applications); comfort working with multiple databases or portals.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for documenting case notes, preparing basic reports, and coordinating with internal teams.
• High attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to meet productivity and quality targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in shifts as required by business needs and to adhere strictly to data security, confidentiality, and compliance guidelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (or equivalent experience) preferred; prior experience in BPO, BPM, healthcare operations, or back-office processing is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and processes quickly and to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
