Role Summary
The Centre of Excellence (COE) will be responsible for driving employee engagement, learning & development, employee connect initiatives, and organizational culture-building programs. The role will focus on enhancing employee experience, strengthening workplace engagement, and supporting the organization’s people development agenda.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
· Drive employee engagement, recognition, and culture-building initiatives.
· Conduct employee sounding sessions and support employee experience programs.
· Identify training needs and coordinate Learning & Development activities.
· Collaborate with business leaders to implement people-focused initiatives.
· Monitor engagement and training effectiveness through feedback and reports.
· Support talent development and organizational capability-building programs.
Skills & Requirements
Qualification: MBA / PG in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related discipline.
Experience: 7+ Years
