We are looking for a smart, driven, and execution-focused individual to work directly with the CEO of a fast-growing AI company.

This is not a traditional assistant role.

Your job is simple:

👉 Make sure nothing slows the CEO down.

👉 Ensure tasks get executed, followed up, and completed.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar based on business priorities
• Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups across teams, clients, and vendors
• Coordinate with developers, clients, and internal teams to ensure execution
• Prepare basic documents (proposals, summaries, notes, trackers)
• Filter emails/messages and highlight what needs attention
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, etc.) to speed up work
• Take ownership of small operational tasks and drive them to completion
• >> Send a daily 5-minute summary: what’s done, what’s blocked, what needs CEO eyes

• Not a people management role
• Not a strategy or leadership position
• Not a passive assistant role
• >> Not a launchpad for your own business

✅ Who This Is For

• >> 0–2 years of experience in coordination, operations, or executive support
• Fast learner with a high ownership mindset
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion, etc.)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• >> Comfortable with healthy conflict—will push back, follow up repeatedly, and escalate without hesitation
• Not afraid to follow up and push for completion
• Strong communication skills
