Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential donors and supporters through calls, networking, and outreach activities
• Represent the foundation and communicate our mission and impact effectively
• Build and maintain strong relationships with donors and supporters
• Assist in organizing and promoting fundraising campaigns and awareness initiatives
• Maintain donor records and follow-up communications professionally
• Collaborate with the team to achieve fundraising goals and maximize social impact

Eligibility Criteria

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for social work, women empowerment, and child welfare
• Confident, persuasive, and people-oriented personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, or outreach is an added advantage
• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
