Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chartered Accountant based in Hisar. The Chartered Accountant will work on financial reporting, tax planning and compliance, auditing, and budgeting. The role involves preparing financial statements, analyzing risks, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements, and providing strategic financial guidance to the organization. The candidate will also support the organization in financial decision-making and improve processes for better fiscal discipline.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Taxation Regulations, and Financial Analysis
• Expertise in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Strategic Financial Planning
• Proficiency in Auditing and Risk Assessment processes
• Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in accounting software tools
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Professional certification as a Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a technology-driven company
