Chartered Accountant (CA) in Navi Mumbai Full Time

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Finance & Accounts team. The role involves managing end-to-end financial operations, ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance, overseeing financial reporting, and supporting strategic business decisions through financial analysis and insights. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in accounting standards, taxation, audits, and financial controls, along with the ability to work collaboratively across departments to drive operational excellence and financial integrity. This position offers an opportunity to play a key role in strengthening the organization’s financial processes, compliance framework, and overall business performance.

Roles and Responsibilities: –

• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Manage and ensure compliance with IND AS, tax regulations, RERA compliance and internal controls.
• Prepare financial statements and reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
• Manage the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors and tax authorities.
• Supervise and train accounting staff to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Key Skills/Experience The Candidate Should Have –

Technical (T) and Non-Technical (NT):-

• Knowledge of IND AS, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Well verse with accounting software (ERP, SAP)
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
