Job Role
- Handle customer queries through chat support.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customers.
- Maintain chat records and process updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required.
- Ensure a professional customer experience.

- Good written communication skills.
- Typing speed and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn.
- Professional attitude.
