We are hiring Chat Support Executives for a live international client (Australia). Non-voice, full-time role based in Chennai. No experience needed — freshers welcome!

What you will do:

• Real-time web chat support for an international client

• Write professional English responses following support workflows

• Log interactions using MS Word and Excel

• Meet monthly quality benchmarks

Who we are looking for:

• Strong written English skills

• Basic MS Word/Excel knowledge

• Comfortable with rotational shifts + weekends (2 weekly offs provided)

• Available to join immediately

• Any graduate — freshers and 2025/2026 pass-outs welcome

Compensation:

• Take-home: ₹11,000/month

• Total CTC: up to ₹16,000/month

• Performance incentive: up to ₹4,000 extra/month
