Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). The CMO will lead all marketing efforts across the organization with a focus on creating and implementing go-to-market strategies, overseeing branding initiatives, and driving customer acquisition. Responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, building partnerships, enhancing brand presence, leveraging data analytics for strategic decisions, and closely collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. The CMO will play a key role in establishing Nytro as a leading platform in the nightlife and entertainment sector.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Marketing Strategy, Brand Development, and Digital Marketing
• Strong experience with Data Analytics, SEO, SEM, and Social Media Management tools
• Ability to lead a team, mentor marketing professionals, and manage cross-functional collaboration
• Track record of driving customer acquisition, growth hacking, and lead generation campaigns
• Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of the nightlife, events, or entertainment industry preferred
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
