Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic professional in MAP (Major Accounts Program) Department to manage and grow key client relationships while driving business performance in the Broking segment. The role focuses on managing large accounts, ensuring client retention, and delivering profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and retain major client relationships under the MAP function through regular engagement, understanding client needs, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Act as the key interface between customers and the organization to drive relationship management and business continuity.

Identify and drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing clients, while contributing to onboarding new major accounts.

Conduct market and opportunity mapping in coordination with distributors and internal LOBs to expand business reach.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by proactively addressing issues, coordinating with internal teams (operations, claims, PCs), and managing escalations effectively.

Facilitate smooth documentation and resolve service-related challenges for clients.

This role requires strong relationship management, business development capability, and a customer-centric mindset to deliver sustained growth and service excellence within the MAP department.
