Role Overview Geonix is looking for a highly experienced and strategic marketing leader to drive large-scale brand growth and market visibility across India. The VP – Marketing & Brand Growth will be responsible for building strong brand recall, creating market demand, strengthening dealer engagement, and expanding Geonix’s online and offline presence. This role requires a leader who understands consumer behavior, dealer ecosystems, retail visibility, and digital brand building while maintaining strong accountability for marketing investments and ROI. Key Responsibilities 1. Brand Building & Market Visibility • Build and strengthen Geonix brand positioning across India • Increase overall brand recall and market visibility • Ensure consistency in brand identity across: o Product packaging o Retail branding o Marketing materials o Digital assets o Social media platforms • Develop long-term brand-building strategies aligned with business growth 2. Offline Marketing & Retail Visibility • Drive strong retail visibility across dealer and distributor networks • Plan and execute: o Shop branding o Dealer boards o In-store branding o Product display activities o POSM campaigns • Improve branding quality and retail presence in key markets • Monitor retail visibility effectiveness and execution standards 3. Digital & Online Brand Growth • Increase Geonix visibility across: o Google o Amazon o Flipkart o YouTube o Instagram o Other digital platforms • Improve branded search growth and digital engagement • Work closely with digital marketing, content, and performance teams • Strengthen brand communication and online consumer engagement 4. Dealer Engagement & Loyalty Programs • Design and manage dealer engagement and loyalty initiatives • Improve dealer participation, activation, and retention • Coordinate with sales and distribution teams for stronger market execution • Plan dealer campaigns, reward programs, and engagement activities 5. Demand Generation & Consumer Awareness • Build marketing campaigns focused on creating consumer demand • Increase organic brand interest and customer trust • Develop strategies to improve market pull for Geonix products • Support sales growth through strong brand-led demand creation 6. Product Launch Marketing • Lead marketing execution for new product launches • Define launch communication and visibility strategies • Ensure strong market presence during launch campaigns • Coordinate with product, sales, and creative teams for successful rollouts 7. Marketing Budget & ROI Management • Own and manage the company’s overall marketing budget • Allocate budgets effectively across offline and digital channels • Measure and track ROI on marketing campaigns and activities • Ensure efficient utilization of marketing investments • Present periodic performance reports to management covering: o Brand visibility growth o Campaign effectiveness o Dealer engagement impact o ROI and budget utilization 8. Team Leadership & Management • Build and lead teams across: o Brand Marketing o Digital Marketing o Creative & Content o Offline Activations • Create a strong execution-driven and accountability-focused culture • Mentor and develop marketing talent within the organization Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) The candidate will primarily be evaluated on: 1. Brand Recall Growth 2. Branded Search Volume Growth 3. Retail Visibility Score 4. Number of Branded Retail Touchpoints 5. Dealer Activation Rate 6. Dealer Retention Rate 7. Dealer Loyalty Program Participation 8. Share of Voice (Digital & Offline) 9. Direct Traffic & Organic Brand Interest Growth 10. ROI on Marketing Investments 11. Marketing Budget Efficiency 12. Overall Brand Visibility Across Key Markets Required Skills & Competencies • Strong understanding of offline and digital marketing • Deep understanding of India’s dealer and distribution ecosystem • Expertise in brand building and visibility expansion • Strong financial understanding of marketing ROI and budget planning • Excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities • Ability to work closely with founders and leadership teams • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills • Data-driven decision-making and analytical mindset Candidate Profile Educational Qualification • MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Brand Management, or related field preferred Experience Required • 12–18 years of marketing experience • Minimum 5 years in senior leadership role • Experience in consumer-facing brands is mandatory Preferred Industry Background Candidates from the following industries will be preferred: • Consumer Electronics • Mobile Accessories • Consumer Technology • FMCG • Retail-Driven Brands Preferred Company Background Candidates with experience in brands such as the following will be highly preferred: • Zebronics • boAt • Noise • Portronics Why Join Geonix?
