Role Overview 

As Chief Marketing Officer and Co-Founder, you will be a strategic leader responsible for building the Talendium AI brand, driving customer acquisition, creating market demand, and positioning the company as a leader in AI-powered talent solutions. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to define the company’s go-to-market strategy, accelerate revenue growth, and establish a strong market presence. Modern CMOs increasingly combine brand leadership, growth strategy, customer experience, data-driven decision making, and revenue responsibility.  

This is an entrepreneurial role suited for a growth-oriented leader who thrives in startup environments and is passionate about AI, talent technology, and innovation. 

Key Responsibilities 

Strategic Leadership 

• Define and execute Talendium AI’s global marketing and growth strategy.  
• Develop and communicate a compelling brand vision and market positioning.  
• Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive advantages.  
• Contribute to company-wide strategic planning as a founding executive.  

Brand Building & Thought Leadership 

• Establish Talendium AI as a recognized authority in AI, talent intelligence, workforce analytics, and HR technology.  
• Develop thought leadership programs, executive branding, and industry presence.  
• Build relationships with media, analysts, industry associations, and strategic partners.  
• Lead content, PR, events, webinars, podcasts, and digital engagement initiatives.  

Demand Generation & Revenue Growth 

• Create scalable customer acquisition strategies.  
• Develop and optimize inbound and outbound marketing programs.  
• Build and manage lead generation funnels across multiple channels.  
• Partner closely with sales to drive pipeline growth and revenue generation.  
• Define and monitor key growth metrics and marketing ROI.  

Product Marketing 

• Translate complex AI capabilities into clear business value propositions.  
• Develop messaging frameworks, positioning statements, and sales enablement materials.  
• Lead product launches and market expansion initiatives.  
• Gather customer and market feedback to influence product development.  

Digital & Growth Marketing 

• Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.  
• Build marketing automation and customer nurturing programs.  
• Implement data-driven growth experiments and performance optimization.  
• Utilize AI-powered marketing technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. AI-driven audience targeting, personalization, and marketing operations have become increasingly important for modern marketing leaders.  

Team Building 

• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.  
• Build a culture of innovation, experimentation, and accountability.  
• Manage marketing budgets and resource allocation effectively.  

Qualifications 

Required 

• 8+ years of experience in marketing, growth, brand strategy, or go-to-market leadership.  
• Proven success in B2B SaaS, AI, HRTech, TalentTech, or technology sectors.  
• Experience building and scaling brands from early-stage growth to market leadership.  
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, demand generation, and customer acquisition.  
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.  
• Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced startup environments.  

Preferred 

• Previous startup founder or co-founder experience.  
• Experience raising brand visibility for emerging technology companies.  
• Strong network within HR, recruitment, AI, enterprise software, or technology ecosystems.  
• Experience marketing AI-powered products and platforms.  
• MBA or equivalent business experience.
