Qualifications

BEB Tech in CS IT or related field

78 years of experience with min 23year relevant experience

Strong knowledge and proven experience in Data Center LAN WAN network infrastructure

Proven experience in Data Center LAN WAN network infrastructure

Excellent Network troubleshooting and communication skills

Certifications like CCNACCNP are a plus

Key Responsibilities

Design deploy and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across data centres and branch locations leveraging Cisco SDLAN and SDWAN solutions for secure and optimised connectivity

Configure and manage advanced switching and routing protocols ensuring high availability scalability and performance for LAN and WAN environments

Implement network monitoring tools to proactively identify diagnose and resolve connectivity and performance issues optimising network resources and minimising downtime

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver robust infrastructure solutions ensuring alignment with business requirements and IT standards

Perform regular network troubleshooting upgrades and maintenance activities including firmware updates patch management and security enhancements

Provide technical support and guidance for networkrelated incidents ensuring prompt resolution and minimal business impact

Document network configurations changes and procedures to ensure compliance and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team

Mentor junior team members sharing technical expertise and best practices to foster professional growth and high team performance

Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in network infrastructure and security recommending improvements as appropriate

Assist in the integration of SAN NAS and DAS storage systems with the network ensuring seamless data access and reliability

Support mail system infrastructure collaborating with relevant teams to maintain secure and efficient communication channels
