Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Claims Specialist at our Ahmedabad office. The Claims Specialist will manage the end-to-end process of claims management, including submission, follow-up, resolution, and reporting. The role involves close collaboration with insurance providers, addressing claim inquiries and discrepancies, verifying insurance coverage, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. The Claims Specialist will also analyze claims data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Claims Management and Claims Handling processes with attention to detail
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating claims data and identifying trends
- Knowledge of Insurance processes and regulatory guidelines
- Excellent Communication skills for liaising with insurance providers and addressing inquiries
- Organizational ability to maintain accurate records and ensure timely resolution of claims
- Familiarity with healthcare industry practices and systems is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards
