Client Acquisition Executive Full Time

We are looking for a client acquisition executive with excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalam. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, explaining services, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services

Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries

Generate leads and follow up regularly

Maintain a database of customer interactions and update records

Meet daily/weekly call targets

Requirements:

Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam (mandatory)

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred)

Good convincing and negotiation skills

Prior Telecalling or customer service experience is a plus
