1. Conduct in-depth one-on-one counselling sessions to understand each student’s goals, strengths, and preferences
2. Provide personalized mentoring plans tailored to individual academic and career aspirations
3. Guide students step-by-step through the counselling and admission journey
4. Recommend best-fit colleges, courses, and pathways aligned with each student’s profile
5. Build strong mentor-student relationships to ensure trust, clarity, and long-term engagement
6. Track student progress and counselling outcomes to improve guidance quality and conversions
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure students receive accurate information and seamless support

1. have minimum 1 years of experience
2. are from Bangalore only
1. Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in any discipline
2. 2–4 years of experience in sales, counselling, or client-facing roles (preferred)
3. Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Prior customer service or counselling experience is an advantage
7. Knowledge of NEET UG/PG processes is a plus
8. Proficiency in MS Excel, research, and presentation skills
