Role Description The Client Acquisition Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospective clients, and guiding them through the sales cycle. Day-to-day activities include researching target markets, prospecting through multiple channels, presenting Nexora Digital’s services, and developing tailored proposals. The Client Acquisition Partner collaborates with internal teams to understand service offerings, align client needs with solutions, and ensure a smooth handover to account and project teams after closing deals. The role also involves tracking pipeline activities, maintaining accurate CRM records, and regularly reporting progress against acquisition targets.
Qualifications

• Strong Sales and client acquisition skills, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and deal closure.
• Proficiency in Account Management, with the ability to nurture relationships and ensure a smooth transition from prospect to ongoing client.
• Experience in Consulting and Management Consulting to understand client challenges and recommend appropriate digital solutions.
• Project Management capabilities to coordinate with internal teams, manage timelines, and support a seamless kickoff for new engagements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Comfort working with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic sales analytics to manage pipeline and forecast revenue.
• Prior experience in digital services, IT, marketing, or related industries is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
