OpsTwo builds practical business systems for growing companies using tools like Airtable, Zite, Make, n8n, Fillout, and other no/low-code platforms.
Our clients usually come to us when their work is spread across spreadsheets, emails, manual follow-ups, and disconnected tools. We help them build cleaner systems for project tracking, client portals, reporting, workflows, automations, and dashboards.

We are hiring someone who can help own the space between:
“Yes, we’ll do this” and “Here’s the finished system.”
Your job is to keep clients informed, developers unblocked, and commitments on track.
This is a client-facing delivery role. It is not a marketing role, admin-only role, or developer role.

How the Role Grows
Months 0–2: Learn OpsTwo’s tools, process, clients, and delivery style. Shadow calls, organise project notes, and handle basic follow-ups with guidance.
Months 3–4: Join client calls more actively, prepare agendas and follow-ups, coordinate with developers, and begin managing routine client communication.
Month 5+: Own day-to-day delivery coordination more independently. Manage client accounts, track delivery, and escalate only what needs founder-level input.

You do not need to code. But you should be comfortable in a technical environment. You’ll regularly encounter terms like API calls, field mapping, automation triggers, XML, CSV, webhooks, and database tables. You don’t need to build these things, but you need to understand what they do well enough to coordinate delivery and communicate clearly with clients.

Location & Hours
This is a primarily in-office role based in Noida, close to the metro. Some day-to-day flexibility is available.
Most OpsTwo clients are based in the US and EU, so the role will gradually require overlap with those time zones.
The first few weeks will be more regular Indian daytime hours for onboarding. As you begin joining client calls, the schedule will shift toward late afternoons and evenings on most days.
We try to keep the schedule predictable and reasonable, but this role is best suited for someone comfortable with non-standard hours.
Compensation
This is an early-career role, but not a fresher role. We are looking for someone sharp, organised, client-facing, and able to grow quickly into account management.
Compensation includes:
Compensation will depend on communication ability, relevant experience, ownership, tool familiarity, and overall judgment. The salary range will be shared with candidates before the test task stage.

1. Application: Short form with practical questions about your experience, communication style, and judgment.
2. Test task: A small real-world task aligned with what you might expect on a given day. Comes with INR 600 Voucher on completion.
