Client Delivery Manager – US shift Full Time

We are a US-based technology and operations services company supporting American startups and growth-stage businesses. We provide two core services: outsourced accounting and bookkeeping, and technology development and delivery. Our clients range from seed-stage to Series B, primarily in the US. Our delivery team is based in India and operates on US business hours.

We are a small, high-trust team. Everyone here owns their work and talks directly to clients. We are growing and looking for people who want to grow with us.

About the Role

We are hiring a Client Delivery Manager to own relationships across a portfolio of 4 to 6 US clients. Your clients will be a mix – some need accounting and bookkeeping support, some need tech development delivery. You are the single point of contact for each of them.

This is not a coordinator role. You are accountable for client satisfaction, delivery quality, and retention. You will manage internal teams (accountants, developers), run client calls, handle escalations, and in some cases do AR collections directly. The CEO should never have to chase you – you stay ahead of everything.

What You’ll Own

• Manage a portfolio of 4–6 US clients across accounting and tech development engagements
• Be the primary point of contact for each client – calls, emails, WhatsApp, Telegram
• For accounting clients: oversee monthly invoicing, reconciliation, close, and financial reporting – coordinate with the in-house accountant to ensure on-time delivery
• For tech clients: manage sprint delivery, communicate status updates, flag blockers, coordinate with developers
• AR collections for accounting clients – follow up on overdue invoices via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication tools
• Review and QA work before it reaches the client – nothing goes out unchecked
• Proactively flag risks to the internal team and to the client before they become problems
• Maintain a strong pulse on client health – identify upsell opportunities and early churn signals

You Must Have

• 3+ years in client-facing delivery, account management, or operations – ideally at a services or outsourcing company
• Excellent spoken English – you will be on video and phone calls with US CEOs and executives daily
• Experience managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously without dropping the ball
• Comfortable with both accounting/finance context AND technology/software delivery context – you don’t need to be an expert in either, but you cannot be lost in either
• Experience coordinating small teams – accountants, developers, or both
• Organized and proactive – you work ahead of deadlines, not behind them
• Available full-time on US business hours

Nice to Have

• Experience working with US startups or SaaS companies
• Background in finance, accounting, or fintech
• Experience with Stripe or other payment processors
• Prior AR or collections experience

Compensation

Competitive salary based on experience. This is a long-term role with growth potential as we onboard more clients.
