📣 We’re Hiring — Client Delivery & Operations Manager
Content Vista is a B2B growth marketing agency. We engineer growth systems that compound — and we need someone to make sure every single deliverable we promise our clients actually lands on time.
This is not a content, creative, or strategy role. You won’t be writing, designing, editing videos, or running ads.
You will own the operating system behind client delivery — planners, dashboards, deadlines, task ownership, team coordination, and follow-ups across all accounts.
Strategy decides what needs to happen. You make sure it actually happens.

⚙️ What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Maintain client planner sheets and backend dashboards across all accounts — updated daily
• Convert approved plans into clear work items with owners, deadlines, and statuses
• Coordinate across marketing executives, designers, video editors, social media managers, content writers, paid media team, and interns
• Assign work in consultation with the Head of Marketing Strategy and functional leads
• Follow up proactively — before deadlines are missed, not after
• Monitor team utilization and flag overloaded, blocked, or underutilized resources early
• Maintain clean handoffs between teams and continuously improve SOPs and trackers
• Identify at-risk client accounts early and escalate bottlenecks before they become client-facing issues

✅ What We’re Looking For
• 2–6 years in project coordination, delivery management, agency traffic management, account operations, workflow coordination, or PMO-style roles
• Highly organized with strong follow-up habits — you close open loops
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, trackers, and workflow tools
• Calm and composed under pressure
• Mature, direct communicator — not shy about chasing people for updates
• Strong ownership mindset — you don’t wait to be told
• Able to create structure and clarity in fast-moving, messy environments
