Client Relations Executive Full Time

Scritique is a specialized academic and research support company that helps researchers, professionals, and academics produce high-quality scholarly work. We provide services in medical, engineering, humanities, and social sciences through academic writing, publication support, statistical analysis, editing, and research consultation.

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Relations Executive to strengthen relationships with our clients and ensure a seamless service experience from inquiry to project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through email, phone, and online communication channels
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding client needs and expectations
• Handle client inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely project delivery
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into long-term business relationships
• Maintain accurate client records and communication history
• Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service quality
• Support business growth through upselling relevant services when appropriate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, customer relations, or account management
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is preferred

Note: This is a commission-based role. There is no fixed salary or hourly pay. Compensation is paid per client order closed. Please apply only if comfortable.
