🕒 Shift: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 4:30 AM)

⏳ Work Mode: Full-Time | 12-hour Rotational Shifts

📅 Weekends: Working (Rotational Offs)

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Client Service Associates in a fast-paced financial services environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for clients and advisors
• Handle inbound & outbound calls and resolve service requests efficiently
• Manage and process complex account service transactions
• Educate clients on products, services, and processes
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with teams to improve processes and service delivery

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

• 1–5 years of experience in Customer Service / Voice Process
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to handle international clients (UK/US shifts preferred)
• Experience in explaining complex concepts in a simple way
• Graduate/Postgraduate (Finance, Commerce, Business preferred)

🔹 Preferred Background

• Experience with companies like British Telecom, Amex, Amazon, or similar
• Exposure to Financial Services / Banking / Insurance / Brokerage
• Prior experience in international voice support roles

🌙 Night Shift Allowance: ₹72,000 annually (₹6,000/month)

🎯 Annual Bonus: ₹36,000

🎁 Retention Bonus: ₹1,50,000 (paid at 6, 12 & 18 months)
