Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Client Service Associate to manage client interactions, support counseling coordination, and ensure a seamless client experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and a client-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients and explain counselling and therapy services professionally
• Handle client queries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Coordinate and schedule therapy sessions with therapists
• Maintain timely follow-ups with leads and existing clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through empathetic communication
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and follow-ups
• Ensure smooth onboarding and support throughout the client journey
• Coordinate internally with therapists and operations teams for appointment management

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 3 years of experience in client servicing, telesales, customer relationship management, counselling coordination, or similar roles
• Bachelor’s degree in BCom, BA, BSc, or related fields

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Proficiency in handling CRM tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
• 40% Fixed Pay + 60% Performance-Based Variable Pay
• Work-from-home opportunity
• Full-time employment

Work Timings

• Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• One Sunday per month will be a working day with a compensatory off provided.

Pay: From ₹425,000.00 per year
