Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and understand their requirements clearly
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, creative ideas for client campaigns
- Prepare presentations, reports, and project documentation as needed
- Maintain strong follow-ups and meet deadlines even under pressure
- Proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring client satisfaction at every step
- Stay updated with industry trends to add value to client conversations
- Onboarding of new international/India publisher affiliates to run campaigns.
- Negotiating terms of the deal (rates & payment schedule).
