Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Client Servicing & Event Operations Executive. The ideal candidate should be passionate about events, confident in dealing with clients, and capable of managing on-ground execution and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for clients — maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth communication.
• Plan, organize, and execute events and brand activations end-to-end.
• Travel for meetings, events, audits, and on-ground supervision across locations.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Handle on-ground operations, setup, and event execution.
• Maintain vendor database and build strong vendor networks, especially in South India.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with proper documentation and reporting.
• Support in audits and post-event evaluations.
• Prepare client presentations and basic event reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in client servicing, event operations, or on-ground execution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent presentation and basic Excel skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel frequently for events and meetings.
• Experience in vendor management and a good vendor network (especially in South India) is a plus.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work under pressure.
