Client Support Trainee Internship in Mumbai Full Time

Location- Bhandup, Mumbai (Work From Office)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Support Associate Trainee to act as a bridge between clients and our internal teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining client communication, understanding project requirements, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth project execution.

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
• Coordinate with creative, production, and operations teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
• Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients.
• Prepare meeting notes, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and action items.
• Ensure client queries and requests are addressed promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and project updates.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.

Required Skills

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Prior internship or experience in client servicing, coordination, or project management will be an added advantage.
