Club Manager Full Time

ONEIROS The Sports Club is a vibrant fitness center and health club committed to the holistic development and well-being of the Katargam, Surat community. As a semi-governmental establishment, ONEIROS promotes comprehensive fitness routines, yogic practices, and diverse sports and games. The club is dedicated to fostering greater health and fitness awareness while providing expert training in sports and swimming. ONEIROS also emphasizes the importance of complete nutrition in achieving health and fitness goals.

Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Club Manager for a full-time, on-site position at ONEIROS in Surat. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing club staff, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining the facilities. The Club Manager will also develop fitness and recreational programs, manage budgets, handle member relations, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Networking with the local community and organizing events to promote health and wellness will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management skills, including team supervision and performance management
• Experience in fitness or recreational program development and customer service
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and facilities management
• Strong administrative abilities, including budgeting and scheduling
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with fitness, sports, or health and wellness initiatives is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable
• A passion for fitness and the ability to inspire and motivate others
