Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Davangere for a Cluster Warehouse Operation Manager. The individual will oversee daily warehouse operations across multiple locations and ensure optimal inventory control, adherence to operational standards, and smooth logistical functions. The role requires a focus on customer service, staff supervision, and effective implementation of processes to maintain operational efficiency. Collaboration with various stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, is essential.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to lead teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Operations Management and Warehouse Management processes.
- Expertise in Inventory Control to manage and monitor stock accuracy.
- Customer Service skills to address and resolve client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in relevant technical tools and software for warehouse and inventory management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the agri-logistics or commodities management sector is an advantage.
