We’re assembling a core founding team of passionate professionals who are excited to build something meaningful from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Vision, Strategy & Roadmap:
* Define and execute the company’s long-term vision across multiple verticals including technology platforms, consumer products, and supply-chain driven businesses.
* Design a phased expansion strategy – prioritizing focus, validation, and scalability at each stage.
* Balance short-term execution with long-term ecosystem building.
Business Building & Execution:
* Lead the company from idea stage to launch, growth, and expansion.
* Own the development of business models, revenue strategies, pricing, and unit economics across verticals.
* Ensure strong execution discipline while operating in high-ambiguity environments.
Operations & Cross-Functional Leadership:
* Build and manage operations across technology, product, marketing, supply chain, partnerships, and customer experience.
* Establish systems, SOPs, compliance frameworks, and performance metrics.
* Oversee execution across both digital platforms and physical operations as the company evolves.
Fundraising & Financial Leadership:
* Lead fundraising strategy across seed, pre-Series, and future rounds.
* Manage investor relationships, board communication, and stakeholder alignment.
* Own financial planning, capital allocation, cost control, and long-term sustainability.
Strategic & Execution Skills:
* Strong ability to think long-term while executing relentlessly in the present.
* Deep understanding of consumer behavior, operational complexity, and scalability.
* Comfort navigating regulated or semi-regulated sectors.
* Ability to prioritize focus while planning for future vertical expansion.
Who You Are:
* Someone who has worked in/with startups (FoodTech, D2C, B2B, Ops-heavy models)
* A builder who enjoys execution more than just strategy
* Comfortable working in uncertainty and solving real-world problems daily
* Obsessed with growth, numbers, and getting things done.
* Launch and run the first operational unit.
* Build the business from 0 ₹50 lakhs/month.
* Handle execution, investors, operations, growth, and team building, etc.
* Create a scalable model for expansion.
* Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience across startups, scale-ups, or complex businesses.
* Proven track record of building and scaling businesses from early stages.
* Experience working across Food / Consumer * Brands, HealthTech & FMCG or Consumer Goods.
* Demonstrated experience in P&L ownership, fundraising, and team leadership.
