Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder & Growth Hacker located in India, with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves driving user acquisition, strategizing growth initiatives, scaling marketplace engagement, and identifying untapped opportunities within the cultural travel sector. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing sales and marketing campaigns, building partnerships, analyzing growth data, and refining business strategies to ensure alignment with Trevio’s mission and vision.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret growth metrics and drive data-driven strategies
• Excellent Communication and Collaboration skills to effectively work with teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Sales and Business Development to build partnerships and increase market penetration
• Experience in Marketing, including digital marketing and growth hacking techniques, to drive user acquisition
• Research skills for identifying growth opportunities and understanding industry trends
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for building companies and navigating startup challenges
• Exposure to the travel, hospitality, or cultural sectors is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
