Co-Founder Marketing & Operation With Investment Full Time NEW

Role Overview

As a Co-Founder, you will be the operational and growth backbone of the startup. You aren’t just joining a team; you are building the “machine” that will launch our D2C brand, scale it to the first 10,000 customers, and secure institutional funding. This role requires a unique blend of venture capital (50L investment) and venture building (execution excellence).

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Launch & 0-1 Execution

• D2C Launchpad: Define the GTM (Go-to-Market) strategy, including channel selection (Marketplaces like Amazon, 1mg vs. D2C website) and initial product pricing.
• Operational Setup: Build the supply chain, from sourcing/manufacturing to warehousing and last-mile logistics.

2. Growth & Performance Marketing

• Brand Building: Lead the creative direction and digital identity of the brand.
• Customer Acquisition: Manage performance marketing budgets across Meta and Google to drive efficient ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
• Retention: Implement CRM and loyalty programs to maximize Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).

3. Fundraising & Investor Relations

• Capital Raising: Lead the preparation of pitch decks, financial models, and due diligence for Seed/Series A rounds.
• Network: Leverage personal and professional networks to open doors to Indian VCs and Angel syndicates.

4. Operations & Team Leadership

• Hiring: Identify and recruit the first 5 “A-players” across marketing, ops, and tech.
• Efficiency: Streamline internal workflows to ensure lean operations before reaching profitability.

Investment & Equity Terms

• Initial Capital: Minimum investment of ₹50,00,000 (50L) required to fund initial inventory, marketing, and team hiring.
• Sweat Equity Period: This is an equity-based role for the first 6 months, with a salary kick-in post-fund Raising or a defined revenue milestone.
• Vesting: Shares will follow a standard 48-month reverse vesting schedule with a 1-year cliff to ensure long-term alignment.
