About the Role
As Kinaxis expands and scales its operations across different regions, we are creating a new Centre of Excellence (COE) role within our Industry Principal organisation to support the global field teams. The COE Industry Principal serves as a trusted supporting resource to Kinaxis’ internal teams, offering experience in supply chain management and value-based selling capability, and bring consultative selling discipline to every pursuit.
The COE Industry Principal sits within Pre-Sales, acting as the backbone of our enterprise engagements. The COE Industry Principal will research and analyses customers business performance and their industries, and uses a consultative, value-based approach to create executive friendly content to be used by the Kinaxis teams for technology transformation engagement.
Your mission is to work with our global field teams to help customers see, quantify, and believe in the measurable value of Kinaxis’ entire ecosystem.
You’ll partner with Account Executives, senior Industry Principals, Business Consultants, and Industry Marketing to sharpen our industry content, discovery workshops, develop ROI and TCO models, and translate operational improvements into credible financial outcomes.
