Role Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Oversee end-to-end collections and recovery operations to ensure timely payments
- Drive and execute financial strategy to maximise cash flow
- Identify gaps in collections processes and implement targeted improvements
- Lead, mentor, and maintain team discipline to achieve performance targets
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of experience in collections, recovery, or a related finance role
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
- Background in finance or real estate is a strong advantage
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities
