College Admission Head Full Time NEW

Job Title: Admissions HeadExperience Required: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a College/University Admission Department.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage the complete admission process from enquiry to enrollment.

– Supervise admission counselors, calling teams, and admission executives

.- Ensure effective lead generation, follow-up, conversion, and admission closure.

– Manage student admission documentation, verification, fee collection, and admission records.

– Oversee DRCC-related admissions, documentation, and compliance procedures.

– Monitor admission status, student retention, cancellations, refunds, and related processes, documentation, filing, exam form.

– Coordinate with academic and examination departments to ensure students are registered, appearing in examinations, and complying with academic requirements.

– Prepare admission reports, admission forecasts, and departmental performance reviews.

– Ensure smooth functioning of the admission department and achievement of admission targets.

– Handle parent/student queries and maintain a high standard of service and professionalism.

Skills Required:- Strong admission management and counseling skills.

– Knowledge of college admission procedures, DRCC processes, and examination systems.

– Excellent communication, leadership, reporting, and team management abilities.

– Proficiency in MS Office, admission software, and data management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
