- Drive the rollout of a cost-model concept for IT services across the entire IT organization
- Ensure alignment for service responsibles on commercial matters
- Own and update the documentation for the IT service price list
- Coordinate new demands related to service design and service changes
- Act as the bridging point for cross-functional clarification on cost structure in IT services
- Gather and define requirements to enhance the existing IT Service Portfolio Tool with commercial capabilities
- Conceptualize Contract & Vendor Management for IT Services
Minimum Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics or comparable field.
- Several years of relevant experience in IT service design/IT financial management/ITSM or related areas.
- Sound understanding of IT service models, cost allocation, IT service commercials
- Proven coordination skills across multiple stakeholders and domains; structured and reliable working style
- High resilience under time pressure; strong communication skills in an international environment
- Advantageous: familiarity with IT service catalogs, ITIL, demand/change processes, BMC HPM or HELIX, SAP.
