About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Specialist (Communications and Partnerships) to join us in strengthening Policy4Impact’s communications and partnerships, while contributing to our broader ecosystem‑building mission. Please note that this is a voluntary role i.e., it is a pro bono engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in building and nurturing collaborations and partnerships with think tanks, research organizations, funders, and other ecosystem players.
• Maintain and run our LinkedIn handle, identifying and sharing relevant opportunities in the policy and impact space
• Run strategic communications initiatives to drive our reach across LinkedIn and WhatsApp handles.
• Contribute to ecosystem‑building efforts by strengthening collaboration across stakeholders.

Commitment:

• Part‑time: 12-14 hours per week
• Duration: 6 months
• Location: Remote

Desired Attributes:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in partnerships, ecosystem building, and strategic communications.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive.
• Prior experience with partnerships and/or communications
• Familiarity with or interest in the policy and social impact space is a plus but not mandatory.
