Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Communications Vendor located in India. As a Communications Vendor, you will manage communication strategies, serve as the liaison between internal teams and external collaborators, and ensure effective message delivery across various platforms. Responsibilities include vendor coordination, content creation, campaign execution, and performance evaluation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to uphold brand consistency and support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills including verbal and written communication, with the ability to convey clear, consistent messaging
• Project coordination and vendor relationship management skills
• Proficiency in content creation and campaign development
• Understanding of marketing and branding principles
• Experience with analyzing performance data to optimize communication strategies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in logistics or e-commerce industries is a plus
