We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented Community Manager to build, manage, and engage with our internal and external communities. The role focuses on strengthening relationships, improving engagement, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders, candidates, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and engage with the assigned community of candidates, students, or professionals
• Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling interviews, sessions, and meetings
• Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders
• Handle onboarding and coordination activities for new members
• Maintain updated records of community members and interactions
• Resolve queries and ensure smooth communication flow
• Track participation, updates, and feedback from community members

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to handle multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 0–3 years of experience in community management, HR coordination, recruitment, or operations
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome

Pay: ₹240,000.00 – ₹550,000.00 per year
