This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary (CS) Management Trainee based in Noida. As a CS Management Trainee, you will assist with company secretarial tasks, compliance management, regulatory filings, drafting reports, and corporate governance duties.

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Liaise with regulatory bodies and authorities.
• Maintain statutory registers and corporate records.
• Prepare meeting agendas and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
• Assist in corporate secretarial and compliance-related activities.
• Gain hands-on experience and develop practical skills in the corporate secretarial domain during the 21-month training program.

Exposure: Drafting & Vetting of Agreements, E-Filing, Environmental Laws, Filing of Documents with Authorities, Finance & Accounts, Internal Audit and Due Diligence, IPR Related, Liaising with Govt. Authorities, Liaising with RoC / RD office, Liaising with External Regulators and Advisers, such as lawyers and auditors.
