Component Analyst Full Time NEW

As a Component Engineer/Analyst at MKS Global Capability Center Bangalore, you will partner with R&D teams across MKS PSD Business Units to research, validate, and maintain electronic components’ engineering data and documentation.

You Will Make an Impact By:

• Sustaining Electrical Engineering – schematic evaluation and component research, identify and harmonize commonly used electronic components, such as ICs, resistors, capacitors,
• Obsolescence management, sourcing and evaluating alternative components
• Complete documentation of designs conforming to MKS documentation standards including detail and assembly drawings, BOMs, RoHS certificates
• Closely coordinate with design engineering, manufacturing, and purchasing

Skills You Bring:

• 4 to 5 years’ experience and professional degree Electrical & Electronics Engineering preferred.
• Experience with electrical hardware designs and reading electrical schematics
• Experience with Engineering Change Order process, product BOMs, design changes documentation, and new product introduction
• Experience with obsolescence management, Silicon Expert preferred
• Working knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance for electrical components
• Experience with Agile or SAP ERP systems
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
