Computer Operator / IT Support Executive Full Time

We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled Computer Operator / IT Support Executive to support our daily operations across Grey Matters Group and Quezon Restaurant Chain.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly computer-savvy, has strong English communication skills, can handle office software efficiently, and can independently troubleshoot common computer hardware and software issues without requiring external support for basic problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily computer-based office operations
• Prepare professional documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
• Manage Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Google Workspace
• Organize and maintain digital records and company files
• Support staff with software-related issues and troubleshooting
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, scanners, and office devices
• Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, networking, internet, and system-related issues
• Coordinate with vendors for advanced IT support when required
• Manage data entry, reporting, and administrative computer tasks
• Assist management with presentations, reports, and operational documentation
• Maintain proper backup and organization of digital data

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Excellent computer knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, networking, printers, scanners, and operating systems
• Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to learn and work with new software quickly
• Good organizational and documentation skills
• Self-driven and capable of solving technical issues independently
• Stable employment history with a long-term commitment mindset

Preferred:

• Experience in Immigration, Education, IELTS, PTE, or Visa Consultancy industry
• Knowledge of CRM systems, student management software, and online application portals
• Experience with website management, basic graphics, AI tools, or digital operations
• Understanding of Windows administration, backups, networking, and office IT infrastructure

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
