Content and Social Media Marketing Internship in Mumbai, Mumbai Full Time

As a Content and Social Media Marketing intern at Dr.Dento, you will have the opportunity to dive into the world of digital marketing and generative AI tools while sharpening your skills in content writing, Instagram marketing, Facebook ads, effective communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing:

• Identify, research, and onboard influencers across nano, micro, and authority creator categories
• Brief influencers with clear creative direction, brand messaging guidelines, and campaign expectations
• Coordinate deliverables, timelines, approvals, and payment processes for creator collaborations
• Set up and manage Partnership Ads and dark post campaigns through Meta Ads Manager
• Track campaign performance, including reach, engagement, coupon redemptions, and conversions
• Maintain and organize influencer databases with performance records and relationship notes

Scripting & Content

• Write video scripts for influencer campaigns, reels, product demos, and brand content
• Develop engaging hooks, strong CTAs, and narratives aligned with different funnel stages
• Apply consumer psychology and persuasion principles to create emotionally engaging messaging
• Contribute to monthly content calendars across Instagram and YouTube
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure content consistency and brand alignment
