Role Overview

We’re looking for a Content & Video Strategist to help build and scale Netcore’s content engine across AI, customer engagement, retention, and modern marketing. This role combines storytelling, content strategy, and video project management to create impactful content that educates, engages, and builds brand authority.

You will be responsible for transforming complex business and technology topics into compelling narratives across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, podcasts, leadership channels, and industry events. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller, content strategist, and execution-focused professional who understands how modern audiences consume content and what drives engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1) Content Strategy & Storytelling

• Build content ideas, formats, and recurring content series across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms
• Translate AI, marketing, customer engagement, retention, and business topics into engaging stories and content formats
• Develop content strategies that strengthen Netcore’s brand presence and thought leadership
• Identify emerging content opportunities, platform trends, and audience interests

2) Content Creation & Editorial Excellence

• Write scripts, storyboards, interview frameworks, leadership content, and long-form narratives
• Create compelling content tailored to different platforms and audience segments
• Simplify complex concepts into clear, engaging, and easy-to-consume content
• Ensure content quality, consistency, and alignment with brand messaging

3) Video & Content Project Management

• Manage end-to-end video and content projects from ideation through publishing
• Coordinate with editors, designers, videographers, agencies, and internal stakeholders
• Drive timelines, content calendars, approvals, and delivery schedules
• Ensure seamless execution across multiple concurrent content initiatives

4) Performance & Audience Growth

• Analyze content performance metrics and audience insights
• Use data-driven learnings to improve future content strategies and formats
• Experiment with new content approaches, channels, and storytelling techniques
• Contribute to audience growth and engagement across owned platforms

5) Thought Leadership & Brand Building

• Help establish Netcore and its leadership team as trusted voices in AI, customer engagement, and modern marketing
• Support thought leadership initiatives across social media, events, podcasts, and industry conversations
• Create content that drives awareness, credibility, and business impact

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Social Media, Journalism, Digital Media, Video Production, Marketing, or related fields
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities
• Hands-on understanding of LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Shorts, Reels, and evolving content formats
• Experience managing content or video projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong editorial judgment with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to simplify technical or complex topics into engaging narratives
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
• Curiosity and passion for technology, AI, digital culture, and audience behavior

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with B2B SaaS, technology, startup, or digital-first brands
• Exposure to podcasts, interviews, executive communications, or thought leadership content
• Familiarity with content analytics, audience growth, and performance measurement
• Experience collaborating with creative teams, agencies, and production partners
• Understanding of modern content distribution and platform best practices
