About the Role
This is not a traditional marketing role.
You will work directly with the founders to help create short-form content, grow online communities, support audience research, and contribute to the growth of a new character-driven brand.
The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, highly organized, comfortable with AI tools, and excited about experimenting with new content formats.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation
• Create Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content from concepts provided by the team.
• Use AI tools to generate visuals, videos, creative assets, and content.
• Add captions, subtitles, music, transitions, and basic visual effects.
• Create and schedule social media posts.
• Maintain visual consistency across content.
• Assist in brainstorming and testing new content ideas.
Community Management
• Respond to comments and messages.
• Engage with followers and encourage discussions.
• Monitor audience reactions and identify recurring themes or insights.
• Help build and nurture online communities.
Audience Research
• Assist in identifying and recruiting early users and testers.
• Organize feedback, comments, and audience insights.
• Help maintain research and feedback databases.
• Summarize findings and observations for the team.
Content Operations
• Maintain content calendars.
• Organize content assets and files.
• Track basic content performance metrics.
• Support day-to-day content operations.
Requirements
Must Have
• Strong written English.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and short-form content.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Leonardo, Kling, Runway, CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to work from our Jaipur office.
Nice to Have
• Interest in storytelling, entertainment, books, films, digital media, online communities, or emerging content formats.
• Basic video editing experience.
• Experience managing social media accounts.
• Experience participating in or growing online communities.
