About the Role:

We’re looking for a confident and creative Content Creator/Writer who is comfortable on camera and can create engaging, platform-native content for YouTube and social media. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in storytelling, scripting, audience engagement, and digital communication across formats like reels, shorts, explainers, and educational content while maintaining a consistent and relatable brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:

➢ Write engaging, platform native content across YouTube, social media, blogs, campaigns, promos, and branded communication.

➢ Develop scripts and content formats for long form videos, shorts, reels, explainers, interviews, webinars, and educational content.

➢ Craft strong hooks, narrative structures, and storytelling formats that improve audience retention and engagement.

➢ Translate complex academic or informational topics into clear, relatable, and engaging narratives for digital audiences.

➢ Contribute actively during ideation, content planning, scripting, and creative discussions to help shape stronger content concepts.

➢ Collaborate closely with presenters, editors, designers, cinematographers, and production teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across formats.

➢ Understand platform trends, audience behaviour, and digital content patterns to create content that performs well analytically while remaining authentic and brand aligned.

➢ Bring fresh, culturally relevant, and insight driven ideas to content, campaigns, and storytelling approaches across platforms

Requirements:

Ø 2+ years of experience in content writing

Ø Proven experience in social media write-ups and long-format video scripting

Ø Strong command over English with clarity, flow, and creativity

Ø Ability to write in multiple tones (informative, conversational, promotional)

Ø Creative approach to storytelling and content ideation
