Be the right hand that keeps everything moving.
We’re looking for a sharp, proactive assistant who thrives on structure and has a keen eye for content. You’ll work directly with the CEO to take recurring tasks off their plate.
What you’ll own:
Social media content
Design and publish posts using provided Canva templates across platforms: IG, Tiktok, YT
Email follow-ups
Monitor, draft, and follow up on emails on behalf of the CEO.
Coordinate team communication
Follow up dialogue between content, marketing and sales teams.
AI & online research
Conduct targeted research using generative engines and summarise findings.
Scheduling & timelines
Build schedules, project timelines, and set reminders to keep priorities on track.
Who you are
- Comfortable with Canva, Claude, Adobe; you can work from a template and produce clean, on-brand visuals
- A clear, professional writer: emails and follow-ups feel natural to you
- Organised and self-driven: you flag blockers early and optimise flow for efficiency
- Curious and tech-savvy: you know how to get good answers out of AI tools
- Discreet: you’ll have access to sensitive communications and must treat them with care
Pay: ₹11,000.00 per month
