About Position:

As Content & Thought Leadership Manager, you’ll shape the stories that define our brand, working at the intersection of technology and business value. We are scaling platforms like SASVA, iAURA, and GenAI Hub while delivering expertise across industries and business functions. We’re seeking a storyteller who can distill complexity into clarity, turning broad technological excellence into crisp, compelling narratives that resonate with senior decision-makers.

What You’ll Do:

• Transform business outcomes into captivating stories that inspire trust, confidence, and action among enterprise clients.
• Create high-impact case studies, POVs, blogs, and executive narratives grounded in real business outcomes.
• Bring Persistent’s transformation stories to life — across AI, digital engineering, cloud, data & analytics, and industry solutions.
• Own Persistent’s voice in the marketplace—crafting a brand presence that is distinct, influential, and future-facing.
• Build scroll-stopping LinkedIn content and social narratives that drive engagement and credibility.
• Develop short-form content — video scripts, podcast storylines, and campaign hooks.
• Simplify the complex… without losing depth.
• Translate AI, digital, and consulting-led solutions into clear, outcome-led narratives.
• Champion value-driven, transformation-focused messaging that demonstrates measurable business impact—moving beyond product features to strategic outcomes
• Drive narrative consistency across service lines.
• Align content to Persistent’s Re(AI) imagine narrative and GTM priorities.
• Ensure Persistent’s unique perspective and voice are recognized and consistent across every touchpoint—service lines, digital channels, and thought leadership platforms.
• Partner with service line leaders, solutioning, and delivery teams to extract insights, metrics, and transformation stories
• Shape narratives across AI, Cloud, Data & Analytics, and beyond

Expertise You’ll Bring:

• 6–7 years of experience in B2B content, thought leadership, or marketing
• Strong exposure to digital technologies, digital engineering, data and AI
• Proven ability to:
• Write high-quality value propositions, thought leadership, and case studies.
• Create engaging social-first content (especially LinkedIn)
• Build narrative-driven content that communicates impact.
• Exceptional writing skills:
• Clear. Sharp. Outcome-led.
• Able to simplify complexity without diluting meaning
• Comfortable across executive and social storytelling
• Strong stakeholder management:
• Ability to extract stories from solutioning or delivery teams and from unstructured inputs
• Confidence working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
