About the Role

We’re looking for a curious, research-oriented, and detail-focused Content Writer Intern who can turn complex real estate topics into engaging, easy-to-understand content. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, researching, storytelling, and creating content that genuinely helps readers make better decisions.

As a Content Writer Intern, you’ll work closely with the marketing and growth team to create blogs, ad copies, video scripts, social media content, email campaigns, reports, and other content assets that drive awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and write high-quality blogs, articles, and guides related to real estate, homebuying, investments, and market trends.
• Create engaging content for social media, paid campaigns, email campaigns, landing pages, and website pages.
• Simplify complex real estate concepts into reader-friendly content.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify content opportunities.
• Assist in SEO content creation and optimization.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and campaign messaging.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Support the creation of thought leadership content, reports, case studies, and customer success stories.

What We’re Looking For

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong command of English with attention to grammar and detail.
• Ability to research topics thoroughly and present information clearly.
• Basic understanding of content marketing, SEO, and digital marketing is a plus.
• Strong storytelling and content structuring skills.
• Curious mindset and willingness to learn about the real estate industry.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple content assignments.
• Prior experience in content writing, blogging, college publications, or personal projects is a bonus.
