About the Role

Addend Analytics is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Content Writer & Website Optimization Executive to manage both Content Writing and Website Optimization responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating engaging, high-quality content while also ensuring the company’s website remains updated, optimized, and aligned with SEO best practices.

The role requires a strong command of written English, creativity, and hands-on experience with website content management and search engine optimization. The selected candidate will be expected to independently handle both functions and contribute to strengthening Addend Analytics’ digital presence and brand visibility.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Writing

• Create, edit, and proofread high-quality content for blogs, website pages, service pages, case studies, newsletters, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
• Develop SEO-friendly content aligned with target keywords and marketing objectives.
• Research industry trends and create informative, engaging, and original content relevant to Data Analytics, AI, Business Intelligence, and related technologies.
• Prepare compelling copy for social media campaigns, email marketing, and digital promotions.
• Ensure all content is accurate, plagiarism-free, and consistent with the company’s tone and branding guidelines.

Website Optimization

• Manage and regularly update website content using CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Optimize website pages through on-page SEO techniques, including keyword placement, meta titles, meta descriptions, internal linking, and content structuring.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improving website traffic and search rankings.
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with the design and development teams to ensure website content is optimized for user experience and search engine visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Content Writing, Website Management, SEO, or Digital Marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to create engaging and SEO-optimized content for digital platforms.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress or other Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Good understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, on-page optimization, and website content management.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO platforms.
• Strong research, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience writing content for the IT, Data Analytics, AI, or Technology industry.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website structure.
• Understanding of content performance analysis and digital marketing best practices.
• Creative thinking with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
