Role : Front Office Reception – Admin & People Support

Qualification : Graduate / Postgraduate

Experience : 1 – 2 years

Location : SION Circle – Mumbai (WFO)

RM : People & Organization

Candidate Industry : Flexible

Responsibilities:

a. Support for Front Office & Reception, Administration & Facility Management

b. Face for all external stakeholders (clients / candidates / vendors)

c. Support interview management, scheduling & coordination

d. Manage Front Office, EPABX Phone System, inward – outward courier

e. Support Inventory management of admin and facility resources

f. Support employee engagement activities, events, gatherings and meetings

g. Maintain various MIS records from time to time pertaining to admin & HR

Personal Attributes:

a. Eye for details, tech savvy, Able to work against deadlines

b. Having progressive mindset, will find way in a unstructured environment independently

c. Working knowledge of MS Office, Power Bi
